RISE (Resource Institute of Social Education) founded in 1982 by Victor ROCHE. RISE is non-profit, non-sectarian, non-political and non-governmental organization for Dalits development. In the first twenty-five years RISE Ngo is actively participating various social development activities like child Rights, Dalits Rights, Human Rights, health care problems.
